Mindfulness, to me, is more than just a practice—it’s a science-backed approach to cultivating focus, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. My work integrates neuroscience, psychology, and ancient contemplative traditions with meditation, breathwork, and self-inquiry to help others find clarity and inner balance.

Years of practice and learning from amazing teachers guided me to silent retreats and eventually to creating Deskvana with my closest friend. We wanted to help people working from home during the pandemic to find peace and focus through meditation.
