My journey with mindfulness began when I was a young adult, deeply curious about how our minds works. My love for storytelling and psychology intertwined, but it was in 2017, after some life-changing events, that meditation truly called me.
As an artist, I realized my mind wasn’t serving me well. This led me to dive into spirituality and discover what it really meant to me. Meditation became my anchor, helping me unlock my potential and see the world with fresh eyes.
Years of practice and learning from amazing teachers guided me to silent retreats and eventually to creating Deskvana with my closest friend. We wanted to help people working from home during the pandemic find peace and focus through meditation.
Today, my passion is all about helping others understand their minds through mindfulness. I’m especially interested in psychedelic-assisted therapy, supporting people with integration as they navigate transformative experiences and find their way back to life.
I deeply believe in relational mindfulness—connecting with others beyond cultural and societal barriers. This practice encourages us to keep an open mind. Mindfulness can bring so much meaning and hope into our lives.
May your mindfulness journey light the way for you and others and show the profound impact it can have on our world.
